Contact them 48 hours before pick-up. Empty out any appliance and remove any refrigerator or washer/dryer doors. Note: Refrigerator Freon gas must be removed and tagged by qualified technician - no exceptions.

There is no charge for this service but you must contact them for a scheduled pick-up.
